Exercise your heart in more ways than one by donating new toys at our Holiday Zumba® Holiday Party and Toy Drive! Enjoy a powerful 75-minute session of high-energy dance-fitness moving to all your favorite Zumba songs. Wrapped toy donations will be taken for children in need. Please write on the bottom the age range and if the toy is gender specific.

The Candy Cane Classic Swim Meet is on Sunday, December 3rd!

Somerset Hills YMCA is hosting the Candy Cane Classic Swim Meet!

Chandor Pool will be closed from 7 am – 3 pm on Sunday, December 3rd.

Engelhard Pool will be closed from 2:45 pm – 4 pm on Sunday, December 3rd.

Parking will be very limited until 3 pm.

We invite members to utilize the 6-lane pool at our sister branch Somerville YMCA, or at another nearby Y through Nationwide Membership.

Join Bridgewater and Somerville YMCA by donating items for youth and young adults to Visions and Pathways to provide abused, neglected, and homeless youth with housing, a stable environment, and supportive services that guide them in becoming self-sufficient.

Somerset Hills YMCA:

Join Somerset Hills YMCA in service of the youth with Bonnie Brae, a community non-profit in Liberty Corner. They serve between 90 to 114 boys at their main campus and 21 young men are in community-based transitional living homes in New Brunswick, Bound Brook, and Bridgewater. Bonnie Brae provides a safe place for youth to heal, to learn, and to grow. Nearly all boys and girls who come to Bonnie Brae have suffered abuse, trauma, or neglect. Many have significant addiction, mental health, learning, and behavior challenges.

On January 15th, no-sew lap blankets and bedding supply disbursement bags will be made.

Join us for an interactive hour with Dr. Becker-Phelps as she uses the idea of compassionate self-awareness to guide us on how to generate a sense of well-being and an inner strength that will help you to view yourself positively, move through fears, be more proactive in pursuing personal goals, and be resilient in the inevitably bumpy path toward personal growth and success.

Dr. Becker-Phelps is a licensed psychologist based in Basking Ridge, NJ, author, teacher, and public speaker dedicated to helping people feel better about themselves in all aspects of their lives. She focuses on helping them use compassionate self-awareness to improve their relationships with themselves and others.

Join us for an inspiring experience as you engage with our certified LIVESTRONG coaches, who are here to support you on your journey towards physical and emotional well-being.

Benefits of LIVESTRONG at the YMCA:

• Free, 12-week Y membership for the participant and their family
• Fitness Assessment
• Two 75-minute classes each week
• Small group setting (8-10 participants)
• Full access to YMCA facilities, including Kids Corner babysitting services
• Designed for adults who are undergoing or who have completed their cancer treatment
